They call to verify the order if they have a question. We ask for vegetable chow mein, which isn't on the menu, in place of chicken chow mein. I ordered extra shrimp in one dish, not knowing if that meant 3 extra shrimp, 50% more or double the amount. I was very pleased to see the dish was crammed with shrimp. GrubHub makes it easy to reorder your usual and add or delete items.

Chin chin is one of our favorite places to order food. Their food is always superb. However, the delivery person told us to not order again because the manager said it was too far to deliver. Perhaps they shouldn't be on grub hub then. Very disappointed and it was unprofessional to say this to a customer .

The meat was tough and the main entree had no spice to it, I requested med-hot spice and it was mild.
